Due to heavily reduced prices throughout the entire range, we cannot accept returns on many of our items. We cannot offer CREDITS OR REFUNDS.
We will only exchange items (subject to availability) and provided that item was NOT PREVIOUSLY ON SALE. Customer needs to pay postage both ways.
If another size is required but unavailable, you are welcome to choose another style. Any difference in cost will need to be paid by the customer. Sorry no refunds will be given.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
- Any items returned for EXCHANGE need to be received by us in the exact condition that you received them. Tags still attached. Clothing neither washed nor worn.
- Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
- You will receive an email once we have processed your return.
FREE POST ORDERS
- Orders of $150 or more qualify for FREE postage. In the event that you wish to return the entire order or part there of for exchange only as stated above, you will need to pay for postage both ways. FREE post only applies to the first order shipping.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
- Please choose carefully as 'final sale items' are a final purchase. Final sale items cannot be exchanged, credited or refunded.
- It will be stated ‘Final Sale Item’ in the description of the item.
EXCHANGES
- If you require an exchange garment please send a pre paid self addressed small satchel for your exchange garment.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs
FAULTY OR RECEIVED WRONG ITEM
- If you believe you have received a faulty or wrong item, please send photos to info@gaabdesigns.com.au
- We will rectify this as quickly as we can. We will cover all costs to have the item replaced.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to make arrangements.
