Hassle Free Returns Policy

 

 

Relax and don't worry if something isn't quite right with your purchase. We want your experience with us to be a pleasant one so please read the returns options available to you.

We cannot accept returns without prior notification.

Before sending back your return please contact us on info@gaabdesigns.com.au. Please put 'returns' in the subject line. You will be given an 'Authorisation to Return' code.  Please send back your packing slip with your return with clear instructions. It's important to let  us know if you prefer a refund (eligible items only) or credit. A credit will automatically be issued if instructions are not included with your return.

If you require an exchange, please send a small prepaid self addressed satchel for your return garment.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

  • Any items returned for Refund or Store Credit need to be received by us in the exact condition that you received them. Tags still attached. Clothing neither washed nor worn.
  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
  • You will receive an email once we have processed your return.

 

FULL PRICED ITEMS

  • Eligible for - REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT  
  • Must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost both ways unless the item is faulty. Please see below.
  • NOTE: Refunds and Store Credits do not include postage. 

FREE POST ORDERS

  • Orders of $150 or more qualify for FREE postage. In the event that you wish to return the entire order for refund or credit, a flat fee $10 postage charge will be deducted from the refund or credit to cover my inital postage cost to send you the order. 

SALE ITEMS

  • Eligible for - STORE CREDIT only. No refunds given.
  • Must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. 
  • If you would like a different style or size instead, please place another order. 
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs both ways. 

 FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • Please choose carefully as 'final sale items' are a final purchase. Final sale items cannot be exchanged, credited or refunded. 
  • It will be stated ‘Final Sale Item’ in the description of the item. 

 REFUNDS 

  • Full Priced items only.  
  • Refunds exclude postage.
  • Refunds are issued immediately but payment may take some time to show in your account.
  • Must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 STORE CREDIT

  • All items are eligible for a store credit EXCLUDING Final Sale Items.
  • Valid forever! 
  • Excludes postage.
  • Store Credit will be issued immediately once we have received and approved your returned item/s. 
  • Must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

  • If you require an exchange garment please send a pre paid self addressed small satchel for your exchnage garment.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs 

 

    FAULTY OR RECEIVED  WRONG ITEM

    • If you believe you have received a faulty or  wrong item, please send photos to info@gaabdesigns.com.au within 7 days. 
    • We will rectify this as quickly as we can. We will cover all costs to have the item either replaced or refunded.
    • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to make arrangements.
